Since kitchen exhaust air is always laden with grease particles, the motor in our models is usually mounted outside the airflow (VDI 2052 compliant). This protects the electronics from contamination and overheating. The housing is made of double-walled, galvanized steel sheet or stainless steel with high-quality mineral wool insulation.

The integrated electronics monitor the operating status and protect the motor from overload.
